Stapled illustrated souvenir film programme 10'' x 7½'' with Ramon Navarro crossed armed in full film dress to the front cover. Contains 28 printed pages of text with monochrome photo stills from the 1925 MGM film, illustrated advertisements, front wrappers with embossed gold frame. Includes text and statistics on how the 'Ben-Hur' chariot race was filmed. Throughout the programme the Mexican Jose Ramón Gil Samaniego, best known as Ramón Novarro (1899  1968) is referred to as 'Ramon Novarro'. Outer covers have been neatly repaired having worked loose from the staples, repaired tear across the front cover, remains 6d paper price label to the page edge. 25x17.5 cms.
