A novel, a comedy of manners, in which Bennett explores the differences between the middle & upper classses as well as the unwanted side effects of having too much money. Largely forgotten today, Bennett was at one time one of the most successful authors in the World, but he was more intrested in finacial gain than literary merit. During the First World War he was Director of Propaganda for France at the Ministry of Information. 500 grams.

Eastleach Books are based at Private Premises, in the Market Town of Newbury. Originally in the Cotswolds, we have relocated to be able to stock more books.
