In the event of a damage product, please contact us immediately upon receipt of the item to reporant and shipping damage. It is important that the buyer and/or recipient rtian all boxes and shipping materials, and photograph all materials as the actual boxes and labels may need to be presented to a local FedEx for evaluation, and the photographs will need to be emailed to us for additional evaluation.
