True first British printing with original unclipped (priced to spine) jacket. Jacket has been neatly repaired and backed with (near) same colour paper to reverse, which gives a near complete appearance (author's name is missing from original jacket to front). Spare paper label to back. Jacket has faults - namely edge/shelf wear, loss (especially to front top edge/head and tail of spine), few tears, few marks, patchy browning (including to spine), creasing/rubbing to edges, pushing/rubbing to head/tail of spine, pushing/bumping to corners, is a little fragile and is in only fair condition. Boards are near fine (having been well protected by the jacket) with a hint of pushing/bumping to corners and minor pushing/rubbing to head/tail of spine. Pages are generally clean and the binding is tight. Top of pages dyed red. Rough cut page edges and bottoms. Odd small mark/mild foxing to page edges and bottoms. Top of pages slightly dusty. End-papers tanned with minor foxing. Previous owner's initials/date in pencil inside front board/to front end-paper. Odd small mark/spot of foxing to pages. No other faults. All books described honestly and accurately. Paypal accepted. Seller Inventory # 006472
