Octodecimo. 4.5 x 6.5 in. ix, 296 pp. Very good in the original blue leatherette boards with the gilt ML stamp on the cover and gilt titling on the spine. There is minor wear along the edges and hinges, and a slight crease on the spine. Otherwise, the binding is firm and the pages are clean and free of foxing.
