Green cloth on boards with bright, as new gilt lettering on spine. Book is tight, square and sharp-cornered with no markings or flaws inside or out. Unread? Unclipped pictorial Dust Jacket shows original price of $4.75 and has b/w photo of a crumbling riverbank on the front, wrapping onto spine. Spine and rest of DJ is unfaded, with crisp colores and lettering. Small crease at bottom front, small tear at top rear, otherwise very little shelfwear evident. With a foreword by Harold L. Ickes. A scarce work. 1st/1st.
