Includes Introduction by James Earl Jones; The Fights: A Chronology 1960 - 1981; Contributors; and Credits. Profusely illustrated with over 150 black-and-white and color photographs, plus color illustrated front and rear endpapers. A remainder mark at the lower page edge (see photographs). All pages are in as new unmarked condition and the binding/spine is exceedingly tight and square (see photographs).
