The book is copyright by 1878 by the Procter Brothers and the front cover has imprint: "Gloucester, Mass.: / Published by Procter Brothers. / Cape Ann Advertiser Office." Covers 2 and 3 have advertisements for spiritualist publications. Covers chipped, spine crudely mended with paper tape, margins of first and last two leaves chipped, a good copy. It is doubtful many copies of this book have survived. OCLC reports 6 copies. Not in AAS. (#165908). Seller Inventory # 165908
