] First U.S. Edition. Hardback, 8vo, xiv + 306 pages, VG to VG+ in like dj (dj in new protective mylar). DJ not much wear at all, but has a light crinkle to back panel and a very small one to spine. Book's upper corners lightly bumped. Book had been bent just slightly, and it has been mostly and pretty easily returned to its original true form. RWR5 Music Musical Notation.
