With typed note dated March 15, 1957 from American Antiquarian Society regarding Mr. Frost. CONTENTS DESCRIPTION: Important publication on Gen. Ashley and his men as they developed the Rocky Mountain fur trade, the system of using the rendezvous to re-supply, and exploration of trails and routes later used for overland migration.
