The contents clean and tight with no inscriptions some occasional light spotting. Contemporary brown half calf over marbled boards. The binding clean and tight with no splits or chips. A scarce and still important work, which remains the only comprehensive exposition on the topic. Intended to be issued by subscription, and limited to 250 copies, it is likely that far fewer copies of this work were printed. Manville 90. Sigler 1204.
