Jones, Volkmar Wentzel; Norway's Fjords Pit Men Against Mountains with Map and 22 Illustrations (18 in Color) by Andrew H. Brown; An Engineer's View of the Suez Canal with Map and 12 Illustrations by Glen R. Edgerton. Glen Edgar Edgerton (1887-1976) was a United States Army officer, who served as the Governor of the Panama Canal Zone from 1940 to 1944. George Pickow (1922-2010) was a photographer and filmmaker who chronicled the folk and jazz music scenes in the United States, United Kingdom, and other countries.
