Book is very good with a slight cock to spine. The interior is clean. The unclipped jacket with small chips at corners and two tear at top of spine. Light rubbing and wear along jacket edges. A story of black liberation wherein black america approves by referendum to negotiate with the US government to create a separate and independent state for Afro Americans. The wills and philosophies of all the players meet in this struggle for a future. Good read.
