This is the story of Real Simard, born into a family environment of poverty, abuse, and alcoholism. Beaten by his father, overprotected by his mother. His uncle, a famous wrestler with ties to organzied crime leads Real to meet Frank Cotroni. A chilling account of organzized crime in Canada, and one man's conflict. Cotroni takes Real on-he gives him affection and a sense of belonging. Eventually Real becomes fully immersed in Cotroni's Mafia world-eventually killing 5 men for Cotroni before he turns against his patron and the Mafia lifestyle.
