365 pages, embossed cloth covers which may have been brown. Color faded spine with a 3/4" by 1/2" chunk of cloth missing at top of spine, bumped corners, fading on covers and small stains on covers, otherwise covers show light wear. Frontpiece is loose inside and there is foxing on first 4 pages including frontpiece and tissue covering it. Previous owner (Charles D.B. Mills) has written a bit about his family history on front free end paper and it is dated 1878. There is a small amount of margin marks inside in pencil. Seller Inventory # 27495
