First edition of the work in this format and binding. Size: 4to. Text body is clean, and free from previous owner annotation, underlining and highlighting. Previous owner's name ink-stamped on front free end paper and both rear end papers. Olive green gilt stamped cloth over boards, 644 pages, Index, Notarial Papers 1 & 2, 1660-1696. Corners and spine ends bumped with light wear, small hole in front cover that goes through to text gradually disappearing by about page 20 (looks like the book was impaled by something thin and sharp), front hinge starting (front board a little loose),inner hinge cracked.
