Edited by Edric Vredenburg.With illustrations in text as well as six coloured plates. Collated, complete.Ernest Nister was a German publisher and printer of movablebooks for children andpaper ephemera. In the original publisher's full cloth binding with coloured illustration to front board, titles in gilt to spine and front board. Externally excellent with minor bumping to head and tail of spine only. Frontispiece loose but present. Internally, firmly bound. Age toning to leaves, as usual with the type of paper used.
