250p with a comprehensive review of Norway in the mid twentieth century. Bowden was the British Consular Chaplain at Christiania, Norway - now Oslo. In a fine full leather gilt decorated prize binding from Edinburgh Academy with raised bands and marbled endpapers. Label dated 1867/68 from John Alex Banks, M.A, Master to Hugh Patten. Little rubbing alongside spine and edges but still near fine.See scans. Seller Inventory # 007692
