In publishers' original, pictorial cloth with ornamental lettering. Bevelled boards with patterned endpapers and all edges gilt. 24 full page lithographic plates in colour as called for. Uniformed shading to the free endpapers and an armorial bookplate otherwise in near fine condition; still tightly bound with clean pages and no faults. A beautiful example of Victorian publishing and scarce in this condition. Payment by credit card through ABE. Paypal accepted.
