xii+373 pages. Ink inscription to half-title page dated 1901. Flyleaf is MISSING. Red boards, leaf decoration in gilt to front with gilt titles to front & spine, spine is faded to beige. Heavy wear to spine-end which are chipped & fraying, wear to corners with small frays, slight bump to bottom front corner edge, very slight surface wear, flecking to rear board. Page-edges are rough-cut as of the period and darkened with light foxing. Slight foxing to end-papers. Text is very clean & in nice condition.
