The subject matter has been divided into twelve chapters, each of which contains a summary of the salient features of the section under consideration. This is followed by a number of fully worked examples, many illustrated with diagrams, and such explanatory matter as would enable the average student to appreciate the logical steps of the solution. At the end of each chapter there are given a number of questions with answers.
