viii 389 pages, 16 pp of adverts, frontis and 8 full page illustrations of shooting scenes, ownership name to the front-end paper repeated on verso of the frontis. original pictorial brown cloth with gilt crest to upper board within black decorative borders, and sportsman vignette to spine, head of the spine chipped a vg bright copy. A chapter is devoted to each species of game and the shooting, includes a good section on snipe and woodcock. Chute 420.
