Notes from the Letters of Thomas Moore to his Music Publisher, James Power (the Publication of Which Was Suppressed in London) with an Introductory Letter

First American edition. Introductory letter by Thomas Crofton Croker. Text is unmarked, though the pages are yellowed and the page edges are age toned. The first few and last few pages are foxed. Previous owner's 1866 inscription in pen on the first free end page. Binding is sturdy. Covers show some wear around the edges; the cloth is frayed at the head of the spine and around the corners. There are a handful of small stains across the covers. 176pp.
