There is an errata slip for one correction (not the four at the end of the table of contents which were noted and printed correctly. A colleague online here makes the case for this then being a second issue of the first editon, and he may be correct. Very nice copy, a solid VERY GOOD (say, 7/10), with the gilt imprint on the spine being a little faded.
