xii+109 pp. 8vo, buckram, ex univ. lib who turned a pb into buckram hb; usual lib stamps only, so vg., learned tome mainly on Matthew and Mark but also patristics, classical and Talmud, learned with some Latin and lots of Greek. Text clean & unmarked, no foxing save for v slight on first leaf edges. Verse by verse commentary, author rejects a Hebrew text behind Matthew & a Latin text behind Mark, believing instead both were composed in Greek by authors whose mother tongue was Greek. Size: 8vo.
