8vo, i-xvi, 494 pp, 696 black and white figures in the text, advertisement leaf for the two previous parts of this study, recent cloth with leather label on the spine, some light foxing on the title and half title pages and a few text pages but overall a very good clean copy. Parts 3 and 4 of Salleron's classic work this volume being complete in itself for the subjects covered.
