Genuine First edition from 1927. Been in the same family for nearly 100 years. Intact and spotless inside, no marks or tears. The spine is fragile with some movement but a minor repair by a specialist would bring the book back to a very good quality. Cover boards have retained their rich colour and the gold leaf is all very clear. A nice copy.
