First UK paperback edition. First published in the UK by Foulsham in hard covers in 1973. Originally published in the US by David McKay Company in 1972 and then in paperback by Dell in 1973. The front cover has a heavy three inch crease to the top right corner, with some lighter creasing over both corners and reading creasing next to the spine. Quite heavy reading creasing down the right side of the rear cover next to the spine and there is some surface creasing. Edge rubbing to the spine. Browning to the page edges. There is a light trace of a price in pencil to the first page and the pages are browned but otherwise unmarked. First printing. Postage charge will be reduced by �1.50 when the order is processed.

European Orders: Shipping costs are based on books weighing 800g. For European orders I have only quoted a price for air mail. Not all European countries have been added so your shipping may appear high. Other overseas orders: shipping costs are based on books weighing 800g. I will generally use whatever method is covered by the standard postage charge but if you specifically wish to have it sent surface or airmail or anything else please ask and I will amend the charge accordingly. Please only choose the cheaper surface mail option if you do not mind waiting - the suggested upper time limit for this form of delivery is 60 days and it can take that long - and sometimes a bit longer.
