A nurse for 40 years, she focuses on the transition from student to professional RN role.<P>Constance E. McIntosh, EdD, MBA, RN, is an Assistant Professor at Ball State University s School of Nursing, teaching leadership and management and financial management. Prior to teaching, she held senior leadership roles in hospitals and healthcare organizations.<P>Jennifer S.
