Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. Dust Jacket Condition: Poor. First Edition. Very good+ in a poor dust jacket. The spine label on the book is a little discolored. The jacket has been pieced together from three separate pieces, and is about 85% or 90% present. Tape repairs and a fairly large chip at the foot of the spine. The book itself is tight and clean, with no names or other markings. Includes foldout map and foldout facsimile of early newspaper, a few photographs, bibliography and an index; 499 pages.
