Indian territory and Oklahoma Territory imprints, magazines and newspapers in both English and various Native American languages. Illustrated with 27 facsimiles, maps, portraits (some folding). Foldout map locates each Indian Nation. The best source for info on newspapers of each tribe, the mission presses, etc. Also identifies magazines, books and pamphlets. Very important for study of the Indian and the standard authority on Oklahoma newspapers.
