A first edition of this book of enamelware, jewellery, sculpture and art. With virbant illustrations throughout, this book contains many items that the author deems to be Objects of Vertu and traces their history. In cloth binding with gilt detailing in clipped dustwrapper. Externally very smart with only some very minor rubbing to the backstrip. The dustwrapper has some rubbing, chipping and wear to the extremities and backstrip. Internally, the pages are firmly bound and are bright and clean throughout. Near Fine.
