Little spotting on the frontispiece and last plate, gilt spine, marbled edges, spine lightly sunned, minor scuffing, but overall great condition for its age. Bright pages and engraved portrait frontispiece after S. Shelley, and 27 beautifully etched and engraved plates. Many of the hand coloured plates have overslips to show proposed changes in the landscapes. Repton utilised material from his 'Red book' presentations prepared for clients, many which are now lost.
