Frederick Warne & Co. Ltd. 1942. First edition. Small 8vo hardback with DW. Illustrated in colour and b/w. Green cloth boards, bumped to corners. Sunned to spine and top margin of boards. Pages browned, especially to head. Endpapers foxed. Overall a lovely copy in a wrapper that is worn and rubbed and has several chips and small closed tears.
