A very solid copy of the 1906 1st edition. Clean and VG+ in its gilt-decorated front panel and gilt-lettered spne. Offsetting to the front and rear endapers, otherwise very clean. Large fold-out map at the frontispice. Octavo, 145 pgs., deckled fore-edge and bottom-edge. Crisp gravure plates --and their printed tissue guards-- thruout. Tasteful former owner bookplate at the front pastewdown.
