smalll 8 vo, xii plus 321 pp." Griffin's Scientific Text Books" and emblem embossed on front cover. Date printed on title page. I'm asumming First Edition as no later date stated. Brown cloth with gilt title in full on spine. Condition: Binding square and sound. light spotting front and back covers, blends with dark brown covers. Moderate wear to corners. tissue over frontis is undamaged, is tanned, as are the top, bottom and fore edges. A nice solid copy.
