Morello, Paris 1563.The otherwise probably unknown Nicolaus mentioned on the title-page seems to have been a friend of Marcus Eremita. His text printed here is an Antigraphon to Marcus' treatise Nyptika. Marcus Eremita is said to have been superior at a laura at Ancyra who in his later years became an eremite near St. Sabba. Others identify him as an Egyptian monk. The text of Hesychius Presbyter who lived in the 5th century like Marcus is a of moral maxims to an unidentified Theodoulos.
