About the Author
David S. Mullally has been a practicing attorney since 1976 and is licensed in California, Hawaii and Washington D.C. He has worked with public defenders and district attorneys, in law firms and as a sole practitioner, trying criminal and civil cases. He has represented adults and minors, individuals and insurance companies, plaintiffs and defendants. In addition, Mullally has served as judge pro tem, arbitrator, mediator, lecturer at state bar meetings and professor of law. He has been a part-time journalist since high school, contributing articles to newspapers and magazines covering both legal and general interests.
