The book itself is easily Fine-Very Fine but something has been Very badly water spotted (see photos). Pages are all clean and tight. No library markings of any kind. Boards are blind embossed with front title and spine title in gilt. OCLC shows four copies "Scarce." Ruch established a ME church in Rulo, NE in about 1865. The only copy we've ever seen.
