viii; 60 pages. Contemporary half calf plain paper covered boards, neatly rebacked retaining the original spine which is enhanced with small gilt fishing devices. Complimented by the addition of two separate contemporary fishing bookplates of Dean Sage, and T. Golden, this bookplate is a particularly attractive item by Scott, very much in the manner of Thomas Bewick. Copac would indicate the poem was originally written by Simon Ford in Latin and translated by Tipping Silvester. Published in the same year with a different publisher, and title-page.
