Lossing's very first book. From the Family Library series, this is #103 as listed in gilt titling on the spine. Brown cloth boards with gilt titling and flourishments on spine. Book is tight and square. Interior is Very Good with no markings other than plate from Ellsworth Library. Very attractive color frontispiece of William Hogarth. Book now protected with archival quality mylar sleeve.
