Original quarter green leather, yellow cloth boards with original dust jacket. The preface is signed by Bill Bowes below his printed signature. Approximately 7 ½ inches tall. Condition Report Externally Spine good condition, bumped to ends with a small tear at the top, gilt titles down full length of spine. Joints good. Corners good condition gently bumped and worn. Boards good condition original quarter green leather, yellow cloth boards with small bump to front. Dust jacket has a small tear to the front cover and a little chipping., boards are slightly bowed. Page edges good condition lightly tanned and foxed. See above and photos. Internally Hinges good condition sound. Paste downs good condition lightly tanned. End papers good condition. Title good condition. Pages good condition a number of b/w and colour illustrations throughout. Binding good condition sound, nice clean example.
