First printing (per statement upon copyright page). 368 pages. Hardcover: H 29.75cm x L 23.25cm. Dust jacket rubbed with scuffing and wear along edges. Green cloth with bold white stamped lettering upon front board and spine. Interior pages are clean. Binding is firm. A near fine copy in a very good- dust jacket. Laid-in between pages 96-97 is small sheet "With compliments George Nicholls Studio." Please note that this large book has an approximate shipping weight of 5.25 pounds (2.38 kg) and will require additional postage for any postal class other than domestic Media Mail.
