Unpaginated. Very well illustrated throughout - 60 plates on 50 sheets together with the supplementary suite of 7 plates & letterpress leaf of descriptive text. The text is in English and French (the French was translated by Boissiere). Classic topographical interest literature/reference. Nash sketched these drawings in 1819 they were then engraved by Goodall, Byrne etc The book is bound in a near contemporary half leather binding with the title on the spine in gilt. Overall external condition is good - it is generally clean and bright with some light wear/rubbing. Both boards are holding - some wear at base of spine on rear board. The book is fully gilt cased (every edge in gilt). Internally the book is in good condition - generally clean and bright. The plates are generally in very good condition with some scattered light spotting. The book presents very nicely on the shelf).
