In VG-VG+ condition; Corner of covers lightly bumped, else cover is clean and minor rubbing. Interior is very clean; NEAR FINE with bright beautifully executed plates showing the scenes along the Pike's Peak Highway. Also views of Cheyenne Mountain and Colorado Springs, and the Broadmoor. Tissue facing title page is near fine. Overall a wonderful travel brochure to promote the region, its accessibility to automobiles, and tourism. The plates are beautifully colored. VERY NICE COLLECTOR'S COPY IN EXCELLENT CONDITION.
