BROWNED ROUND THE EDGES, AND HAVE SOME BLEACHED AREAS. WEAR ON EDGES AND CORNERS.TOP OF SPINE BUMPED/CREASED. THE TITLES ON THE SPINE HAVE FADED. FIRST ENGLISH EDITION- BASED ON A SERES OF ARTICLES PUBLISHED IN FRENCH IN THE" REVUE DES DEUX MONDES" IN 1902, BUT NOT IN COLLECTIBLE CONDITION.
