Lightly crimped to the lower spine edge, else very nearly fine and quite sturdily bound in polished blue linen with gilt embossed titles and decorative rules to the spine, blue-and-white headband and tail-band; no dust jacket. A handsome book production. Thick octavo; 872 pages; notes; plus introduction; plus foreword.
