About this Item
This grouping includes ten unbound, multi-colour hand prints of historic Canadian engines; presented in an illustrated envelope. The titles are: Hudson - Toronto - Montreal - 1930; First Diesel Locomotive - 1929; Northern Locomotive - 1940; Dorchester - Serving Canada's First Railways - 1836; Pacific Locomotive - 1919; Grand Trunk Railway - 1867; Northern Locomotive - 1936; Toronto - First Locomotive Built in Canada - 1853; 10-Wheel Locomotive - 1912; and Santa Fe Locomotive - 1924. The prints are unmarked but there is some wear around the edges of the envelope and a short tear on the upper left of the front. The prints are accompanied by an original 5 x 7 glossy black and white photograph of a steam engine pulling passenger cars on the Toronto and Central Ontario line. Also included here is a vinyl record called Iron Horse Rambles, distributed by Associated Hobby Manufacturers of Philadelphia and produced by Ralbar Productions of Pottstown, Pennsylvania. This is the same size as a 45 rpm record and is strictly railroad sounds, presented in a pictorial sleeve with some darkening around the edges and a small sticker ghost on the upper right of the front; the vinyl record itself appears to have been lightly played. Size: 4to. Seller Inventory # 226621
