Very good condition in a full green calf prize binding with arms of Northampton Polytechnic Institute (now part of City, University of London), light wear and moderate sunning, five raised bands across spine with gilt floral decoration, tiles in gilt on brown label across spine, spine sunned, all edges marbled, marbled end papers, prize label dated 1908-9 signed by the principal and founder R.(Robert) Mullineux Walmsley. internally clean and bright, binding firm, viii plus 551 pages including index.
