Red cloth cover. f/piece, 384 pp., b/w illustrations throughout, variously photos and drawings (often in typical period 1940s British style). Only flaws to book are scattered slight browning to endpapers/pastedowns and brown flecking top top edge; unclipped jacket clean but extensive, though minor, edge-rubbing & nicking + small chip top spine. Four further chapter authors, all fairly prominent in UK Psychology at the time. Fairly common, though not often in this good condition, but now interesting and important even for historians of the discipline.
